Step 3 in Planning and Scheduling Maturity is Availability, creating availability for labor or crews, modifying the availability with holidays, sick and other period of unavailability and then assigning work within the availability of the labor or crew.

Step 2 in Planning and Scheduling Maturity is Assignments, assigning the work order to the labor or crews who will execute the work at a Scheduled Date/Time. It is using the Assignments Tab in the Work Order Tracking application.
