In the OrganizationsA structural element of a Maximo database which is used for data sharing. More application and Service Address Options there is a radio button called Service Address Format. When this is set to “Use the format that is defined in the Service Address application” the Street Address field will become read-only, and you will need to use the Add/Modify Street Address option. The Service Address Options are defined at the Organization level.
There is a second set of radio buttons which define the Street Address format. There are three options, each with six fields, House number, prefix, street name, street type, suffix, apartment is the default.
The Add/Modify Street Address dialog is where you enter values for the six fields, as appropriate, these are then combined to form the Structured Street Address.
