Create Service Requests
- Drilldown through the categories or perform a category search
- Create a request on behalf of another person or add free-text for person, phone and email
- Attach a photo or video
- Drilldown the location hierarchy to find a location
- Find the assets at the location or search for an asset
- Find locations or assets by scanning a barcode or QR code
- Answer additional questions based on sub-category or issue
- Receive an instruction that may help to resolve an issue
View Service Requests
- View the details of previous requests they raised or raised on their behalf
- Determine the current owner, status and target resolution of the request
- View comments added to the service request or related work orders marked as viewable
- Add comments and additional photos or videos
Other
- The three buttons in left hand pane are Active Requests, New and Completed Requests
- There is a Notification button (alarm bell icon) at top right
