• Action to add new asset
• Action to Import List of assets
• Filter by fields on card; Asset Number, Description, Asset Type, Location, Site, Status
• Sort by Asset Number, Description, Status, Asset Type

Asset Details

• Navigate to Asset application
• Add an image for asset
• Add or modify Location including move to new site
• Add/change asset type
• Change status, including changing status of child assets
• Enter serial number
• Enter priority
• Select failure class
• Add photo attachments
• Add parent asset
• Select child assets
• View work order history for asset

• Action to add new location
• Action to Import List of locations
• Filter by fields on card; Location, Description, Type, Site, Status
• Sort by Location, Description, Status, Type

Service Address Tab

• List view shows service address belonging to an organization
• Add a new service address
• Edit and delete actions

Systems Tab

• List view shows systems for all sites belonging to an organization
• Add a new hierarchical system
• Edit and delete actions

Location Details

• Navigate to Locations application
• Add an image for location
• Add or modify Service Address
• Add/change location type
• Change status, including changing status of child locations
• Add assets to location
• Add location to system and parent location in system
• Location can be added to multiple systems
