Category Configuration
- Configure a set of categories and sub-categories
- Add a picture to a category or sub-category
- Use a wizard to describe an issue
- Add additional questions to be answered specific to the sub-category or issue
- Add instructions to help user troubleshoot or gather additional details
Properties and Guest URL
- Use the users default site to restrict the data that an end user selects from: categories, people, locations and assets
- Allow guest users to raise a service request
- Set defaults for some attributes
People 
Users Tab 
Add User
- Add new user using a wizard
- Add user details including email address, first and last name, site and location, ship to and billing addresses
- Add job title, select supervisor, add a default insert site, shift, time zone, and one or more contact numbers
- Add one or more crafts for the user
- Select a license type
- Add one or more security groups
- Add the user to one or more person groups
- Add an image for the person
- User is initially added in Pending status
Dashboard
- Filter and sort by title, first name or last name, filter by license type
- Email address of user has hyperlink to launch your default mail application
- Phone number has hyperlink to make a call or use facetime
Persons Group Tab 
- Add a new person group and name for the person group
- Add team members to a person group
- Add an image for the person group
Crafts Tab 
- Add a new craft, description and hourly rate, and select the organization
