Introduction

This document provides the current functional footprint of the main Maximo work centers, and the tools and tasks. No detail is currently provided for Map, Maximo Management Interface, and the integration elements of the Administration work center.

I have compared the work centers in the latest versions, Maximo 7.6.1.2, and Maximo EAM SaaS. As you’ll see the gap between the two is much closer than it was in 7.6.1.1 during February 2020 when I wrote the original article, many of those differences were included in Maximo 7.6.1.2 released in July 2020. Where differences still exist I have highlighted them.
