Reservations
Reservations Tab
- Filter reservations between two required dates
- Select reservations for a Site and/or Storeroom
- Filter rows on reservation list, including clear filter
- Multi-select capability, Issue Selected or Delete Selected

- Modify Required Date, Reservation Type, and Quantity
- Issue Action
- Modify Quantity, Issue Bin and add a memo

Pick and Stage Tab
- Filter pick lists between two dates
- Select pick lists for a Site and/or Storeroom

- Open a pick list and review items to be picked
- Select and pick items
- Pick item, use Autosplit, or skip pick, can choose or scan bin to pick from
- Stage, Issue or Restock selected picked items
- Enter a staging bin for the picked items
- Issue or Restock selected staged items
- Return Issue Items
Issued Items Tab
- Filter issue transactions between two actual dates
- Select issue transactions for a Site and/or Storeroom
- Filter rows on issued item list, including clear filter
- Return Action
- Modify Return Bin
Storerooms
Dashboard
- Shows storerooms as cards
- Button provides link to Storerooms application in “classic” UI
- Filter by anything in card details, Storeroom, Description, Site, Organization, Ship To Address
- Add new storeroom, enter Storeroom, Description and select Ship To Address from site’s addresses.
Balances
- View bin and lot balance, available, reserved, stage, shipped and expired quantities
- Actions – Edit, Issue Item, Transfer Item, Reorder Rules, View Rotating Assets
- Edit Action is similar to Add Inventory (see below)
- Issue Item Action
- Select Work Order, Task, Location, or Asset, see resulting GL Account
- Enter quantity
- If rotating item, select asset to issue
- Modify date/time of issue if required
- Select who issued to and an optional memo
- Transfer Action
- Select To Site, To Storeroom and To Bin – only sites in same organization
- Select quantity to transfer
- Reorder Rules Action
- Enter Primary Vendor and Manufacturer
- If enabled for reordering then enter reorder point, economic order quantity and lead time
- Vendors List shows also Model, Catalog #, Last Price
- View Rotating Assets Action
- Goes to All Items – Rotating Assets tab (see below)
- Filter fields added to view list, including clear filter button
- Find an item by scanning its barcode
Counts
- Filter fields added to view list including clear filter
- Item has hyperlink to All Items – Details tab
- Can enter the New Count for each item, last count and date are set
- Scan the barcode of a bin or lot
Reconcile
- Storeroom control and shrinkage GL accounts are required
- List shows records that have had a physical count
- Filter fields added to view list including clear filter
- Item has hyperlink to All Items – Details tab
- Refresh table button will show current balance, new count and difference
- Select records you want to reconcile and then use Reconcile button; confirmation is required.
- After reconciled, then item no longer shows in Reconcile list
Add Inventory
The Edit action has similar functionality.
- Select an item to add to the storeroom
- Enter bin, lot and starting/new balance, fields depend on selected item
- Select cost type, Asset, Average, FIFO, LIFO, Standard
- Change standard and average unit cost
- Enter count frequency
- If enable reordering then enter Reorder Point, Economic Order Quantity and Lead Time
- Add item to multiple bins once at Active state
- Find an item by scanning its barcode
All Items
- Add a new item
- Import a set of items with Item Number, Description, Issue Unit, Order Unit, Item Set and Status. Can download a template.
- View the set of items, similar to Item Master List tab and hyperlink to Details tab
- New items can be automatically numbered
- Filter fields added to view list, including clear filter button
- Find an item by scanning its barcode.
Add Item
- Enter Description and Item Number
- Edit image for the item
- Add issue unit and order unit
- Modify the conversion between order unit and issue unit for the item
- Change item status and choose to rolldown to storerooms
- Define as a lot item or a rotating item
- Select commodity group and commodity code
- Add Default Vendor
- Add Attachments – image files
- Condition enabled Item
Storerooms Tab
- Add to Storeroom
- Enter bin
- Select cost type, Asset, Average, FIFO, LIFO, Standard
- Change standard and average unit cost
- Enter count frequency
- If enable reordering then enter Reorder Point, Economic Order Quantity and Lead Time
- Add item to multiple bins once at Active state
- View bin balances and availability
Rotating Assets Tab
- View only of where assets belonging to rotating item are located
- Filter by a Site and Location, or a Site and All Locations or All Sites-All Locations
